Bento is the leading payroll startup in Nigeria. I joined the company in March 2022 to help lead design for the next iterations of the company's core products.
Today, Bento is simplifying hiring, employee management, and payroll for over 9,000 companies across 16 African countries, and processes over 2 billion Naira in payroll monthly in Nigeria alone.
Overview
Over the past one year, I have worked very closely with the CEO, CTO, product and engineering leads to revamp Bento's entire suite of products. In this period, I have led the design direction on a revised design system, the redesign of the core payroll product, Bento Pay, and the redesign of our adjacent HRM product, Bento People.
